What is involved in the process?

We begin with a site visit with the client to look at the placement of buildings, wells, driveways and other land features. A soil profile analysis is completed along with percolation tests. This data, combined with the anticipated loads will provide us with the most cost effective, quality design options.

What structures can I put over my septic system?

The tank lids need to remain accessible. The septic field must remain undisturbed with no heavy use which could impact soil compaction. Trees should not be planted on the field but grass is recommended.

What are the anticipated costs for a septic system?

The costs vary considerably based on the available area for a field and tank, the volume of anticipated loads, and the quality of the native soils present. We work with our clients to help construct a cost effective design.
